Experienced Site Manager required to start Tuesday 22nd April, 30 week contract in Barrow in Furness. Will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a new build supermarket, from initial groundworks through to fit out and handover to the client.
Experience Required
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Proven experience in Site Management ideally with experience in the retail sector
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Remuneration
£260 per day CIS
